Guidelines for educators in implementing Christian values in education in Christian schools.
A school is a system of interrelated components that work together to carry out teaching and learning activities. If there is one component that does not function as it should, then the school will experience problems.
There are seven components that must work together for a Christian school to function well. The seven components include:
Tiga Pilar Pengelola Sekolah
Student
Teacher
Learning Process
Curriculum
Social Role
Infrastructure Facilities
These components are seen as important in a Christian school because not only do they characterize a school in general, but there are also components that are unique to a Christian school that a regular public school does not have. Therefore, this chapter will explain one by one the meaning of each component from a Christian perspective and how it can be applied in a Christian school.
