Guidelines for educators in implementing Christian values in education in Christian schools.
The role of Christian schools is fundamental in assisting Christian families to educate their children. Together with the church and parents, Christian education in schools brings children to know the Lord Jesus and the truth of His word. As such, all Christian schools should have a foundation for organizing and establishing Christian schools.
It is hoped that with the publication of this book, Christian School Managers in Indonesia can understand, appreciate, and utilize it to measure and improve the quality of education in the schools they manage.
This book will be reviewed periodically to obtain a common paradigm in fundamental matters regarding Christian Education. May God bless our ministry together.
A school is a system of interrelated components that work together to carry out teaching and learning activities. If there is one component that does not function as it should, then the school will experience problems.

These components are seen as important in a Christian school because not only do they characterize a school in general, but there are also components that are unique to a Christian school that a regular public school does not have. Evaluation is needed in a program so that the program is easier to monitor or follow up on its sustainability. Evaluation is a planned and structured activity in an effort to collect information about the program.
related to the implementation of certain programs or activities in an institution.
This collection of information can be used to determine further decisions about the program that has been implemented. Follow-up of the evaluation results can be in the form of revisions, innovations or new works for the progress of the program.
Through the evaluation process, there is some information that can be obtained such as the level of progress, the level of achievement in accordance with the objectives, and recommendations for future improvements. In carrying out a comprehensive evaluation process, an assessment is needed, starting from one component to another, which is arranged in the items of statements and/or questions.
Assessment is part of the evaluation carried out to pin a value, which can be in the form of numbers / letters or descriptions on the object of assessment. Self-assessment is one of the techniques to measure and or describe weaknesses and strengths in accordance with the expected goals.
